Walk With a Doc at Iroquois

KentuckyOne Health and The Mayor’s Healthy Hometown Movement have teamed up to get Louisville area residents to “Walk With a Doc,” a free weekly walking program for anyone who's interested in taking steps to improve their health. Lace up your sneakers and join us for some fresh air, fun and fitness.

Meet at shelter near the Amphitheater
We will walk rain or shine.

In addition to the numerous health benefits you'll enjoy just by walking, you'll also get:

  • Free blood pressure checks
  • The chance to talk with a doc while you walk
  • An official Walk With a Doc shirt after attending three times

Each walk is hosted by a friendly KentuckyOne Health physician and begins at 10 a.m.

Parklands of Floyds Fork
2nd Saturday of each month at the Egg Lawn

Iroquois Park
3rd Saturday of each month at the shelter near the Amphitheater

Shawnee Park
4th Saturday of each month at the Middle Concourse Parking Lot just north of the Bandstand
