Saint Joseph London Spins into Action to Keep Every Child Safe

Saint Joseph London recently partnered with community child advocacy agencies and vendors to host events in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month. During a special ceremony at sunset on April 13, the fountain on hospital grounds turned blue – the color of the ribbon representing awareness of child abuse, neglect and other crimes against children.

The following day, April 14, the community was invited to the hospital to enjoy several activities from a pinwheel planting (national symbol for child abuse prevention) to games and door prizes. Attendees could view artwork created by children from local elementary schools, visit with vendors and listen to local child advocacy leaders.
