We know that many of you who wear eyeglasses would like to have the option to purchase new frames each year (those frames can get a lot of wear and tear). So, we’re making two significant changes to our Vision Plan for 2019:

• Annual eye exams at no cost to you
  (no more $10 copay out of your pocket)

• New frames ($150 allowance) every 12 months

Drink Up! Stay Hydrated with New Wellness Challenge this Month

The Drink Up Challenge started Monday, but it is not too late to participate! Join the challenge now and start tracking your water. Log at least 112 cups of water between now and Sept. 2 to receive $50 wellness dollars. Here are a few tips to help you reach your goal: add slices of fruit (fresh or frozen), cucumber or fresh herbs to your water; get a reusable water bottle and don’t leave home without it; and if you are feeling tired, stay hydrated for more energy!

Thank you to those who joined us on July 31 for the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon Training Program Kickoff at Medical Center Jewish Northeast.
