Jewish Hospital Breaks Record with 175 Transplants (and Counting) in 2017

On Dec. 1, Jewish Hospital completed 175 organ transplants, breaking the yearly record for the most transplanted organs in the program's 53-year history. Along with this record-breaking year, the Jewish Hospital Trager Transplant Center has accomplished several other milestones, including its 900th liver transplant, 3,000th kidney transplant and 5,000th transplanted organ overall.
