CHI Finance Begins to Implement
New Divisional Structure
CHI's Finance Group began to implement a new divisional structure that will reduce duplication and variation while strengthening analytical and forecasting capabilities. Divisional employees in finance will be informed of their job status by late July and will assume their new roles by the end of September.
The new divisional structure supports objectives of Finance Transformation, which is part of CHI's Clinical and Operational Excellence initiative. Finance Transformation is a reinvention of the Finance organization, relying on process redesign, technology and cultural change to enhance effectiveness and support CHI in the Next Era of Healthy Communities.
More information is posted on the Finance Transformation page of Inside CHI, in the “What’s New” section.
