Rounding to Influence Offers Employees Opportunity to Share Safety Concerns

Don’t be surprised if your supervisor or manager asks, “Do you have a few minutes to talk about safety behaviors?” It’s part of Rounding to Influence (RTI), one leg on our journey to a safer KentuckyOne Health. RTI allows a two-way dialogue between leaders and front-line employees about safety behaviors, and provides the opportunity for employees to speak frankly about their safety concerns.   Theme Basket Raffle Proceeds Bring New Equipment to Jewish, Frazier 

Thanks to the giving spirit of KentuckyOne Health employees during the annual Theme Basket Raffle in the Louisville market, a piece of equipment that saves lives has been purchased for Jewish Hospital and Frazier Rehab. The GlideScope laryngoscope gives ENT doctors a magnified image of the patient’s airway.

Saint Joseph Outpatient Care Center Celebrates New Locations 

As part of KentuckyOne's mission to deliver high quality, convenient access to health care services in the home communities of our patients, Saint Joseph Outpatient Care Center has opened two new locations – in Richmond and Lexington. Submit Spending Account Claims!  

Louisville Market: If you were enrolled in one of the former JHSMH spending accounts for 2012, don’t leave money on the table! You must file claims by March 31 for your eligible expenses. Submit flexible spending account claims (health care and dependent care) to ADP. Submit claims for the PCA spending account (funded by contributions from the former JHSMH) to Humana. If you do not submit claims by March 31, any funds in your account will be forfeited.

  Saint Joseph Berea Holds Additional Health Screening March 26 

An additional screening date for employees and their spouses is being held at Saint Joseph Berea Tuesday, March 26, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m., in the Employee Health Office in MedWorks (3rd Floor). Register here by 2 a.m. on March 25 (passcode is sjbmarch13). Biometrics screenings are part of the CHI Healthy Spirit Wellness Rewards program, currently offered to employees in central and eastern Kentucky. Earn points!
