Your Voice Counts;
Complete Survey by April 15

As part of creating a strong KentuckyOne Health culture, we are seeking employee feedback through the Performance Culture Assessment (PCA) survey. Administered by HealthStream, the online survey is confidential and anonymous. It only takes a few minutes to complete.

As we reach participation milestones, random prize drawings will be held for 100 $25 Wal-Mart gift cards (50% participation), 25 iPad2s (65% participation) and 1 $750 travel gift card from Expedia (80% participation). Currently, we are at 9.7%. Let's meet the 80% goal!

Please note: ULH | JGBCC employees will not participate in the PCA in 2013.
