Annual Enrollment is Here
Action: Review and make benefit selections by deadline (local enrollment dates may vary)
It’s time for all employees to review benefit options and select coverage for 2014.

For employees who do not take action, the current coverage will continue for most benefits, but at the 2014 rates. The Enhanced 500 medical plan option will no longer be offered in most CHI locations: employees currently enrolled in this plan will automatically be enrolled in the Core medical plan option if they do not select a different option by the end of the annual enrollment period. Employees must re-enroll in some benefits, such as flexible spending accounts, if they wish to have coverage in 2014.

For more information, employees who have access can visit My Healthy Spirit and click "Start My Annual Enrollment" or "View Your Benefit Options." Or, employees can call the HR/Payroll Connection Support Center at 1.888.450.9450; representatives are available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. MT.
