Welcome to KentuckyOne! The purpose of our Orientation program is to provide you with the opportunity to become assimilated into our service-oriented culture, apply the KentuckyOne purpose and values, and learn our history and our heritage. In addition, you receive education on key content including Patient Satisfaction, Patient Safety and Rights, Corporate Responsibility, Risk Management, Infection Control, PCA, and other curriculum which supports our patient-centered model at KentuckyOne.
Below, you will find resources to further support your new hire experience. Whether you have recently attended an in-person orientation and would like to review the materials or you're an Agency Nurse or Conifer employee needing to complete your orientation for the first time, you're in the right place! For the rare occasions that inclement weather requires orientation to be completed online, you'll find that information here as well.

- New Leader Pathway - New Leader Pathway provides a skills-building opportunity for KentuckyOne Health’s new leaders with direct reports. During this one-day, instructor-led session, new leaders have the opportunity to learn various HR information, network with other new leaders, and ask any questions they may have to the subject matter experts who present. New Leader Pathway participants also receive a New Employee Checklist, which includes questions and language to help ensure effective onboarding of new direct reports.The New Leader Pathway classes are offered quarterly in both markets and all class dates are currently listed in LEARN . - Error Prevention & SafetyFirst Leadership Methods - Required for all new employees and leaders across KentuckyOne after 90 days of employment. - Culture Unfreezing (leadership) - KentuckyOne is intentionally building a desired culture centered on always providing safe, quality care and exceptional service. All new leaders and recently promoted leaders (managers and above) are invited to a quarterly, two-day Culture Unfreezing session, hosted in either Louisville or Lexington.
