OneCare Central and OneCare Mobile App Launch Rescheduled


Based on feedback from market testers and CHI Information
Technology Services, the launch of the OneCare Central website and OneCare Mobile App is being rescheduled. Additional time will allow for further enhancements to improve the usability of both tools, which are now expected to launch this spring.

The OneCare Central website will provide key news; downtime
notifications; tip sheets; training resources; governance information; and, in the near future, the status of submitted tickets for all of CHI’s EHRs. The companion OneCare app, available for iPhones in the App Store, provides mobile access to time-sensitive information such as downtime notifications.

OneCare Central and the OneCare app were developed based on communication survey responses from more than 1,300 physicians, clinicians and leaders. Users will be able to personalize information based on their role, EHR system(s) used and work location(s).
