Healthy Spirit Offering New Monthly Well-Being Video Webinars


The 2017 Healthy Spirit program is offering employees an opportunity to view monthly webinars on well-being.

Beginning Jan. 3, 2017 a webinar on the importance of getting the proper amount and good quality sleep will be launching. Upcoming monthly webinars will include the topic of managing anxiety (launching Feb. 3) and depression (launching on March 3).
