As we wind down 2017, it’s time to recognize some of our extraordinary people – so extraordinary, that we’ve distinguished them as our Employees of the Year.

Integrity – “Sherry will speak up for what is right. She may be supporting another employee, a provider, a patient or our facility in general, but she persists with doing the right thing. Sherry will follow up and ensure any issues or concerns she has brought forward has resolution.”

Compassion – “Sherry always has a smile on her face. She greets every employee, patient and visitor with a warm and friendly welcome. She has true interest and concern for her peers. Sherry assists with every community benefit activity. She quietly donates her time with beautiful gifts and/or baked goods. Sherry does all of this with no expectation or anything in return.”

Excellence – “Sherry proved excellence by actively participating in committees/teams. She wants to contribute her ideas as well as be informed on any new initiatives or changes in practice that contributes to our culture of excellence. She is currently active on the Falls Team and the Interview Team. She provides valuable input and comes prepared to help make our team the best.”
