Compliments, Complaints, Grievances

We welcome compliments about our organization when things go well. But more importantly, we are here to provide assistance to patients and families when things may not go as expected.

Please see policy number 818257 in Policy Stat concerning the processing of complaints and grievances.

To reach the patient affairs representative at your facility, please contact your executive administration office.

For KentuckyOne Patients:

KentuckyOne Health is committed to providing an excellent health care experience. All hospital team members have a responsibility to help resolve patient and/or family concerns, and have been empowered to do so. We believe all patients have the right to voice concerns and ask questions about the care they receive without being afraid their care will be affected.

If you have a complaint, please discuss it with the staff member who is working with you. If that person is unable to address your complaint, please ask to speak to the director or clinical manager of the unit. If they cannot help you, contact our facility and ask for our representative who handles concerns and complaints.

To file a formal grievance, send a letter stating your concerns to our facility. Please state in your letter that you are filing a formal grievance and include specific details regarding your concern. This letter should be sent to the attention of the administrative office of the hospital.
