Effective Jan. 15, calendar year 2015 W-2s will be available online via HR/Payroll Connection. You must provide consent by Jan. 10, 2016, to receive your W-2s electronically (even if you’ve provided consent in previous years). Due to the transition to Workday earlier this year, it is necessary to provide your consent in 2015 as this information was not carried forward.

Committed to Safety in Mount Sterling

Saint Joseph Mount Sterling celebrated major safety milestones on Tuesday, Nov. 17. The facility has gone over a year without lost time for an employee injury and 18 months since its last Serious Safety Event. To celebrate the occasion, the Quality/Risk/Safety team handed out cupcakes to the staff with the theme, “Nothing Gets through Our Web of Safety.”

Thanks for ‘Blanketing’ Louisville!

Employees at KentuckyOne Health participated whole-heartedly in this year’s Blanket Louisville project. Thanks to everyone who generously helped provide new or lightly used blankets for Louisville’s homeless community for the upcoming winter season. More than 1,500 blankets were collected. Louisville Medical Center Laundry, the local company that partners with KentuckyOne to provide laundry services for the downtown medical center, made a big donation to the project—about 1,000 blankets.

Saint Joseph Berea is planning its annual holiday fundraiser, Lights for Life, for families in need that, in turn, provides a tribute to loved ones. Now in its 29th year, Lights for Life raises funds to provide emergency assistance and medications year-round for underinsured and low-income patients in the Saint Joseph Berea service area.
