This Week will not be published on Dec. 21 and 28. It will resume a normal schedule beginning on Jan. 4. Please note submission deadlines are always on Monday for the following Monday's edition. Easy Access to Your W-2

To ensure easy, online access to your W-2 wage and tax form for 2015, you must first provide consent to receive your form online, rather than through the U.S. mail – even if you have previously provided consent. CHI's HR systems transitioned earlier this year, and previously provided consents did not transfer to the new system. You must provide your consent before 9 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2016.
