Culture of Safety Survey Kicks Off March 2

KentuckyOne CEO Ruth Brinkley invites employees to participate in an organization-wide survey March 2-16.

At KentuckyOne Health, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care in a safe and comforting environment. In order to meet this commitment, I believe it is critical to assess our Culture of Safety on a regular basis. This type of assessment can assist us in developing strategies and tactics that can further support our journey to exceptional Safety, Quality and Service—our three key areas of focus.

Beginning March 2, we will ask you to participate in an organization-wide survey that evaluates our Culture of Safety. This survey will be open until March 16. Your responses will be completely anonymous, so please be candid and straightforward. We will only improve through open dialogue and continued evaluation.
