Thanks for Your Feedback

A big thank you to everyone who completed the CHI culture survey. KentuckyOne Health had a tremendous response rate, with 30 percent or 8,610 employees completing the survey. CHI and Dignity Health are exploring how, together, they could lead the transformation of health care in America.

Your responses to the culture survey are a unique and special part of this exploration. They will be used to help the organization better understand your perspective on the current culture of CHI, as well as the desired culture for a potentially-combined organization with Dignity Health. Survey results will be shared in the coming months.

Be a Heart Hero this February

For American Heart Month this February, KentuckyOne Health is encouraging you to be a heart hero by taking action to fight heart disease – the leading cause of death for men and women. You won’t need the ability to fly or superhuman strength. All you need is a little bit of time and a willingness to learn about heart health – information that could help you or a loved one in the future.

Thanks to everyone who participated in National Wear Red Day on Feb. 3, including our superheroes at Our Lady of Peace, pictured left! View the photo gallery.
