Protect Yourself from Hepatitis A

With the recent outbreak of Hepatitis A in the Louisville area, we want to ensure that our employees are protected from this virus. Hepatitis A can be prevented. We encourage EVERYONE to get the Hepatitis A vaccine. Most insurance covers the Hepatitis A vaccine at 100 percent as a preventative benefit. The vaccine can be given at either a primary care physician’s office or at most major pharmacies and retail clinics. Additionally, the Employee Health office has a limited supply of the vaccine.
