A few changes will be made to improve the security and performance of LEARN. These updates will go live on July 1. The changes will have a relatively small impact on the employee end-user experience; however, anyone who currently accesses the system as a contractor (Conifer, Wipro, RN travelers, etc.) will experience a more substantial change.

Large Crowd Attends Community Health Fair in Mount Sterling 

The Second Annual Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Community Health Fair was held June 21. More than 200 attendees enjoyed free health screenings, health information, vendor displays, giveaways and food. The day was full of family fun, health and wellness. The Montgomery County EMS and Fire Department gave tours of safety vehicles throughout the day.

Tai Chi Classes Held Every Monday and Wednesday Night 

Tai Chi classes are now held every Monday and Wednesday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Medical Center Jewish Northeast (2401 Terra Crossing Blvd., Louisville) in the new Healthy Lifestyle Center. Dr. Deborah Ballard is teaching the classes this summer. The cost is $10 a session or $50 for 6 sessions.
