Register for the Color Your Plate Challenge!
Registration is now open for the Color Your Plate Challenge, which begins on March 26. Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can improve heart health, lower blood pressure, improve kidney function, and reduce bone loss. The goal of the challenge is to eat 20 servings of fruits and/or vegetables each week for four weeks.
