The Color Your Plate Challenge, a fruit and veggies challenge, begins on Monday, March 26 and continues through April 22. The challenge seeks to encourage greater daily consumption of fruit and vegetables and is a tool to help you improve your health. Registration is now open on InsideCHI, under well-being. The cumulative goal is 80 servings over the four-week period. And by completing the delicious challenge, you can receive $50!
