Our Lady of Peace Holds Employee Celebration for Best Places to Work

Our Lady of Peace treated its employees to a celebration in honor of being named one of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky.” Employees enjoyed a tasty lunch and “candy bar,” and jumped in a photo booth to document the fun. Each employee received a T-shirt with the KentuckyOne Health and Best Places to Work logos.

First-Hand Look at Safety Culture 

Members of the Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) were given a behind-the-scenes look at the facility’s culture of safety at their last council meeting. On March 16, members of the council toured the hospital with department managers and reviewed the safety boards with the staff.

Tax Form 1095-C in the Mail 

CHI will be postmarking Form 1095-C to employees by the IRS deadline: March 31, 2016. Thus, you should receive yours soon through the U.S. Mail. They will not be available online. All employees who were enrolled in or required to be offered health insurance coverage for the previous calendar year will receive a form. This form will contain information you may need to report as part of your individual income tax filing for the 2015 tax year.

party – at Thunder Over Louisville atop the Jewish Hospital employee garage on April 23. Ticket sales have begun through the KentuckyOne Health Employee Recognition Program site (via payroll deduction). Tickets are only $5 per person (limit of six tickets).
