Two Document Service Centers to Standardize Printing Across KentuckyOne
Starting this week, KentuckyOne’s two Document Service Centers will have a new common job submission process for printing and managing document projects. Training and demonstrations are planned. The new document ordering process ensures that all printed materials meet KentuckyOne’s corporate identity and graphic standards. You also can more easily follow brand guidelines with the new customizable templates available through the updated KentuckyOne Health Brand Center website.

Payroll Deduction QuickCharge
Now Live at ULH, JH
As of Nov. 2, the new QuickCharge system, which provides employee payroll deduction functionality via badge swipe in facility cafeterias and gift shops, is live at both University of Louisville Hospital and Jewish Hospital on the KentuckyOne Louisville downtown campus. As of this time, QuickCharge is available only for KentuckyOne Health employees. We are working to expand it to others in the future.

Campaign Launches
The Women's Hospital at Saint Joseph East provides a personal touch for women on their journey from pregnancy to motherhood. The staff of skilled, caring obstetricians and nurses know that what's good for moms, is good for babies. Television ads have begun airing on local Lexington stations and cable networks and will continue to run through Jan. 17. In addition to television ads, the campaign features radio spots, print ads, digital search and banner ads, along with social media posts.

Images of Kentucky Are Featured in Employee Art Exhibition
Images of Kentucky, an art exhibition featuring works from KentuckyOne Health employees, opened in the Chestnut Café at Jewish Hospital on Oct. 28. This is the second year employees have been invited to submit works for the exhibition, which is part of the KentuckyOne Health Healing Art program funded by the Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s Foundation. An opening reception is planned for Nov. 4, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the Chestnut Café.

The employee giving campaign, Race for the Leaders' Cup, has begun at Saint Joseph Hospital, Saint Joseph East and Saint Joseph Jessamine RJ Corman Ambulatory Care Center. Hosted by the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, the campaign gives employees an opportunity to contribute to important programs that support patients, families and fellow employees. All pledge forms are due to the Foundation office by Nov. 13.
