Culture Assessment Starts Wednesday 

We’ve taken a lot of steps toward becoming one stronger organization. An upcoming employee survey will help us learn your perspective of our culture and growth this year. We ask that you set aside a few minutes from Oct. 15-31 to complete the Performance Culture Assessment pulse survey.  

Please watch for a survey link on Inside KentuckyOne starting Wednesday, Oct. 15. Your feedback will help us continue to grow as one organization. Survey results will also help local facilities update their Performance Culture Assessment action plans. Plan to participate Oct. 15-31.

Annual Benefits Enrollment Begins Oct. 31 

Annual enrollment for 2015 employee benefits will run from Oct. 31-Nov. 14. Please watch for more information on Inside KentuckyOne and in your mailbox.
