Are you working to change an unhealthy habit, but struggling to reach your goal? Our Lifestyle Coaching services can help, with trained professionals who can help you lose weight, stop smoking, manage stress and more.
A typical Lifestyle Coaching session is a 15 to 20-minute phone call with a professional – such as a physiologist, behavioral change expert, nutritionist or dietitian – who’s specially trained provide you with support as you work toward your goals. Each session is private and confidential. And, you earn $75 in wellness dollars for every three Lifestyle Coaching sessions you complete.
