Register for the Be Mindful Challenge

Register today for the Be Mindful Challenge and learn how to become more present and aware in the moment. The challenge begins May 28 and continues through June 24.
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Join the Be Mindful Challenge to dedicate yourself to a mindfulness practice!
If you meet the goal of tracking at least 200 mindful minutes between May 28 and June 24, you will earn $50 wellness dollars.
Here are a few tips to help you reach your goal:
- Schedule time on your calendar to spend just being still. Close your eyes and take in the sounds and smells around you.
- Not sure where to begin? Check out the attached list of “Ways to Practice Mindfulness” for ideas on how you can start being more mindful today.
