It's Time for the Year-end Performance Evaluation

A transformational process designed to put employees at the center of performance management was launched for FY2018 and continues for FY2019. You and your employees can directly connect goals to our Living Our Mission Measures (LOMM), receive and provide more feedback and coaching, set professional and personal development goals to be your Best Self, and give input to your own evaluations, all within Workday.

On May 28, the Workday system opens for employees to complete self-evaluations. While self-evaluations are not mandatory they are highly encouraged. Then, in August, you’ll have your performance discussion with your manager.

Each of us brings our unique talent and gifts together as we strive to build healthier communities. Your performance evaluation is an important time for celebrating the gifts that you bring to our ministry. It’s also about looking for opportunities to maximize those gifts.
