Prepare for Year-End Performance Evaluations


On May 28, the Workday system opens for year-end performance evaluations. Employees will receive a message in their Outlook and Workday inboxes with instructions for completing their self-evaluation in Workday by June 30. This is a voluntary step for KentuckyOne Health Louisville Region employees, however, it is strongly encouraged as it is a valuable tool in the performance evaluation process. In August, employees will have their performance discussion with their manager.

Evaluation Timeline:

  • Self-Evaluations: May 28 – June 30
  • Manager Evaluation and Ratings: July 1 – August 4
  • Employee Performance Discussions: August 19 – September 13

This process is designed to put employees at the center of performance management, focusing on supporting professional and personal development and feedback/coaching from leaders.
Self-evaluation is the time to assess your own performance, highlight your successes and identify development opportunities as you prepare for your performance conversation with your supervisor.
