Mather Named President & CEO of Our Lady of Peace

Congratulation to Martha Mather who was just recently promoted to President & CEO of Our Lady of Peace! Mather has served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2012.
Under her leadership, OLOP has been recognized as a “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” for three consecutive years and has also received the Kentucky Hospital Association Quality Award five time in recent years. Mather has been successful in improving employee engagement scores and patient satisfaction scores while increasing both volume and revenue.
A graduate of Leadership Louisville, Bingham Fellows and Leadership Kentucky, Mather was the 2019 recipient of NAMI Louisville’s Outstanding Service Award. She recently completed a three year term on the American Hospital Association’s Governing Council for Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Services, and was appointed to the National Institute of Health’s National Advisory Council on Alcohol Abuse & Alcoholism by the American Hospital Association for 2018 and 2019. Additionally, she services on the Jewish Family & Career Services Advisory Council, and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana and Junior Achievement.
Clinically trained as a licensed professional counselor, Mather served 15 years in executive roles for leading health systems before joining OLOP. Ms. Mather is a member of the America College of Healthcare Executives.
