Integration Update for KentuckyOne Health Providers: Oct. 3, 2019

With a month to go until the integration, we are happy to share new information with you this week.
Provider Credentialing
The Managed Care Workgroup has made the determination that the credentialing process will begin taking place soon. Providers will need be credentialed under the UofL Physicians tax I.D.

The collaboration between you and the UofL Physicians Credentialing Department is essential to ensure this task is expedited as quickly as possible.

In the coming weeks, you will receive additional information and instructions. The UofL Physicians Credentialing Department is hoping to coordinate this effort with the KOMG enrollment team; however, please be prepared to provide needed support documentation required for credentialing and to respond to requests for signature on enrollment forms.
New Employee Open Enrollment Ends Oct. 6
Reminder that new employee open enrollment ends Oct. 6. You should have received instructions for enrollment from Human Resources. During this time, you will elect your benefits for the remainder of 2019. You will also go through 2020 annual open enrollment scheduled for Oct. 23- Nov. 6.

If you have questions please email
Thank you to those of you who have reached out to ask questions about retirement plans.

Providers are eligible for the UofL Physicians profit sharing plan 401(k). Eligible team members will receive a non-elective base employer contribution equal to 5% of their eligible UofL Physicians wages. It is not a 5% match, but a contribution that is paid out each paycheck.

If you are wanting to roll your current Fidelity retirement account into an outside retirement account, please reach out to Fidelity.

For those of you with a 457(b), there are still outstanding questions we are working to answer. As answers become available, information will be shared.
Thank you to those of you who have reached out to or with questions. Those questions have been shared with the appropriate integration workgroup and are helping guide integration discussions.

Please be patient, with only two months to complete the transition process, the workgroups are working hard to determine the answers to many of your questions.
